OTHER TERMS OF SHIPPING


The final and actual calculated shipping cost may differ slightly and it is shown at the checkout. In most of the cases, we deliver via DPD, GLS or DHL services.
We let you know the estimated delivery time in the confirmation email.  


We are not responsible for delays out of our control. If our supply is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effct of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for the delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid but not received. 


We can not be held responsible for any delays that occures due to difficulties during the delivery process, after the order is transmitted to the delivery provider. However, in case of undelivered orders (which is suspiciously stck or lost in transmission), we guarantee you a full refund after 30 days, and solve the issue with the delivery provider ourselves.
